The News Center is a repository of all community articles and specific content/information about the Channel.

Industry leaders will be submitting content to the community members to allow for ongoing dialogue and community interaction. Any member can post his or her comments in response to the blog entries.

A tool set that makes it easy for community members to participate in audience-generated discussions to encourage activity and engagement. Methods include Surveys, Polls, and community-generated Webinars (town hall meetings) on content generated and responded to, by the community members themselves.

ChannelBook is the starting point for every member of the community. The individualized ChannelBook features allow each member to create a personalized profile including biography, company information and the ability to upload a photo and company logos. The member can see and administer their contributions such as wiki, blogs and chats all in one place. Along with managing their membership to different communities and newsletter subscriptions, they can also add partners, customers and suppliers, and colleagues to their business network. These features are designed to keep the members engaged and the community interactive.
