Taking this entire range of vendor-to-reseller and vendor/reseller-to-corporate-end-user marketing products, tools and services, mar.com has built a unique pay-for-performance info structure. This program allows mar.com to profitably partner with qualifying vendors who have products that can be sold through the IT channel, but insufficient marketing funds.

Integrated mar.com pay-for-performance program is a strategic partnership program that allows qualifying Vendors to receive significant marketing dollars based on a forecasted percentage of sales with NO RISK. Vendors pay 15% of the value of the marketing, while Integrated mar.com takes on the other 85% of the risk. At the end of the program, the vendor has received risk free capital injected into their business without having to pay back the debt (except as a percentage of sales) or giving up any equity!!!

Qualifications for the Integrated mar.com’s pay-for-performance program include:
  • Vendor must have or want to establish a strong channel centric go-to-market program (can be a hybrid strategy)
  • Vendor must demonstrate internal structure and market demand necessary for rapid growth
  • Vendor and Integrated mar.com must believe that Integrated mar.com’s intellectual knowledge, tools and vehicles can significantly assist the Vendor’s sales
  • Vendor has to have the ability to track sales
  • Vendors need to be willing to sign a 3-year contract with Integrated mar.com
Integrated mar.com will provide qualifying Vendors with significant marketing funds:
  • Funding is based on a formula that considers marketing requirements, forecasted sales and available percentage of sales
  • Most pay-for-performance programs receive between $250,000 and $3 million worth of advertising over the contract period
  • Funds are up fronted so that the bulk of the funding is provided early in the contract with the bulk of commissions earned by Integrated mar.com coming at the back-end of the contract period
